Update: Got the verbal offer. They are saying that this is the highest they can offer. Anything more than this has to go through an approval process till Jensen. Base: 140k Equity: 70K vested over 4 years Sign-up bonus - 28K Relocation assistance since I need to move to Santa Clara Is this little? Or good? About me: I have 8 EOF in India, not in the same field. Came here for a master's in Data Analytics graduating in May. I interned with AMD last summer, I let go of that internship extension due to in-person requirements. Now interning with HCLTech. ---Old Post--- @nvidia I need suggestions from people who have had interviews with NVIDIA. My case is a little different. I interviewed for a Senior BSA role in December. I had 3 interviews, 2 went great, and 1 was okay. I received a rejection for the role on January 10th, stating that I don't qualify and the role is seeking a more experienced professional. However, two weeks later - at the end of Jan, I received an email from them requesting additional interviews with two more people, including the hiring manager, but for the same position at a beginner level. These interviews went okay! I don't know how to rate them since they were drastically different - 2 senior members, one with HM. The HM wanted me to make sure I understood the job and was willing to take up the role on Jan 16th. He informed me that he would discuss my case with his director and I would receive the results next week (That was two weeks ago). I wrote a follow-up email to the hiring manager, but have not received a response. I would have waited longer with no stress, but since I already received the rejection from them once, I'm getting anxious every day. Any tips? #NvidiaInterviews
The Nvidia ship has sailed, the stock is ridiculously over valued right now you better be getting 500K RSU for it be worth it
TBH. In the current market, I will probably not demand much when it comes to compensation. I care more about how the company functions and how they treat their employees. Also, I'm more inclined towards having a job than not having one and being in debt.
Thank you everyone. Today I had a short call with the recruiter. He mentioned that the results were positive. HM wants to hire me. They are currently going through an approval process before giving me an offer. It will take a couple of days.
Congratulations
Congrats!
Hey OP,, any update ? Did they change the numbers? I am in a similar pickle. After the 1st numbers they are way too quiet. It seems to me they are interviewing others to see if they can get someone cheaper.
They have been quiet as well. They didn't change the number. Since it was my first offer. I verbally accepted it. What role did you apply for?
So they haven't generated any offer numbers?
How long was it between your last interview and your next contact? Did you reach out to them or did they reach back out to you?
They took around 3 weeks to respond to me. Since I had one more interview with another company they started to work faster.
Cool. I reached out to my recruiter today after about a week since the first technical round. Waiting to hear if I made it to manager round.
Did you reach out to the recruiter after 3 weeks or they reached out to you? I had a panel interview, that I think went well, on march 8th but tomorrow is march 22nd which means it’ll be 2 weeks without hearing back.
I emailed and messaged my recruiter on LinkedIn. Three weeks since my panel interview and I have been ignored and left on read.
I emailed my recruiter Monday (March 25th) and last night I received one of the automated rejection emails. Sad news because I felt like I did pretty damn well during the interviews. Oh well, on to the next one! Good luck with your application!
How was the onsite interview? What kind of questions did they ask?

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
What I learnt based on my experience with Nvidia is there process is bit slow and many approvals involved. I would say pls be patient and not give up
Thank you. I will try my best to be patient. It's also that I'm graduating soon. That is adding more pressure on me. I'm currently interning at HCL.
