I wanted to learn about what NVidia's internal transfer culture is like. I was not able to find much discussion around it. 1. Is internal transfer an encouraged and/or common practice at NVidia.? 2. After spending one year in a team, does the manager still have an influence in the process? (i.e. does it require the manager's approval?) 3. Does a full interview loop required for an internal transfer? I like the mobility at Google. Some reviews in Glassdoor mentions NVidia's limited career growh as its downside. I wanted to learn your perspective. Old TC: 225k (pre-appreciation) New TC: 270k #nvidia #nvidiacareers #nvidiasalary #semiconductor

Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
There’s a lot of rhetoric that it’s encouraged, but it’s not that easy, at least in my experience.
Could you let us know which part of it was especially not easy? e.g.) 1. Finding the position, 2. Getting response from the new team, 3. Going through the interview, 4. Getting the transfer approved, 5. Something else.
