NYC FB DS TC Expectations
Just got an offer, asked for TC expectations. What’s a reasonable expectation to give? Not aiming to aggressively max out TC, just looking for a fair one. BA, 2 yrs of DS experience at startups valued at around 800M, and 3 years of applied stat academic research.
