Need Advice on Green Card Reference
I worked at Amazon for 3.5 years and was put on a PIP out of nowhere. Now, my new employer is filing my green card and needs references. Should I include my Amazon manager despite how things ended? Would appreciate any insights. #workvisa #greencard

It’s also possible to get the letter directly to you. If you like what your manager wrote, then use it. Else give it back to him 😂
Try reaching out to colleagues in Amazon. You can reach out to manager also, but please make sure what reference is being asked. Make it clear thag it’s not a performance feedback, but just make sure that you have worked on technology stack, and kind of work mentioned for your green card.
