Need H1B sponsership for experienced 13 years software developer.
Are there any companies or consultancies or headhunters who can find job along with H1B/L1 sponsorship. I searched through LinkedIn pages and pinged recruiters and no body is responding. Its tedious job. I would be grateful, If any one knows or are able to help. Note: fraud companies don't respond. #software #H1B #L1

I am India , this is the first time I want to check, and almost all people who are ready to put me in lottery are asking money. I don't want to put my life in the hands of those people who does frauds.

It's funny you asked for consultancies and put a note saying that no fraud. What any consultancies actually do is fraud by applying for H1B from India. We have enough crap here already, please stay out.
I think some big consulting companies do sponsor H1B, like service based companies. I am searching for those, I don't know how you moved there. Care to elaborate how you moved to USA
If you are asking about WITCH companies, they do sponsor H1B. However, for that, you need to join their company and earn your way to onsite. Without tenure, it is not impossible but difficult to get into onsite(USA or other countries). There will be existing credible candidates in the line to go to onsite and politics play a huge role. You might be aware of it. I am here on F-1 Visa.
People with experience here in the U.S. are struggling to get a job. From India you want to come here on H1 👏🏻
Then ask US government to ban H1B and L1 and outsourcing , it should solve the problem. always there will be un-employment, if it is solved it's wonder land. 👏
Don’t misunderstand my comment. I just want to let you know the current situation. I won’t have to ask anyone because that wouldn’t happen. Government, employers and fake consultancies are the ones who gain out of this not you or me.
