Need help filing i539,Got laid off,in h1b status, have only 20 days

Got laid off,in h1b status, have only 20 days remaining. Was searching for consultancies couldnt find any. let me know if you guys know any. Transferring from H1B to b1/b2 is also an option.Had some quick questions regarding filling up the i539 form 1)New status and effective date of change -- what should be above 2)Select this box if you were granted duration of status --is the above yes, since I am on H1B. 3)USCIS says to submit a written letter,asking us to brief up the below points A. The reasons for your request; --should I write job search since uscis tweeted that we can convert h1b to B1/B2 for job search. B. The reasons why your extended stay would be temporary, including what arrangements you have made to depart from the United States; and --what should you write for the above C. Any effect the extended stay may have on your foreign employment or residency. --nope 4)The supporting docs:: -- passport, visa, i797, i94,bank statements, written letter to uscis.Please do let me knw if anything is missing. 5)Also I belive the i539 form must be filed by paper, since current immigration as h1b is not listed in the form online? please do let me know of the above and if any of you have gone through the process already.
