Hi blind community. I have a couple of offers to evaluate and could use some perspective from y’all. I’m looking at culture, work life balance, growth potential and interesting/challenging work as the criteria. Square L6 210/720 (may go slightly above 800 based on negotiation) Nextdoor L5 220/900 (equity based on the secondary market price of ~$35) Wondering is there is room for more negotiation on the comp TC 350k/10yr
Nextdoor's current CEO was formerly CFO at Square
Wow, seems lot of people voted for square. Isn't the comp upside better at nextdoor with their plans to ipo although not sure how both companies compare in other aspects
Thanks for all responses. Definitely square turned out to be the preferred option here but wondering if I could get any details that make it a better choice.
if you are looking at culture, growth and interesting work, it's clear that it's Nextdoor better comp opportunity is a bonus
For those options, does Nextdoor give ISO or NSO?
What’s 900 in 220/990? Is it 990k per year for equity?
YoE?
