Need help with Data Science referrals!

Hey there! I am a L4 BIE at Amazon, been here almost a year now. I am really tired and exhausted working at Amazon now. Having a lot of Mental Health issues because of poor work life balance and internal politics where my manager plays a lot of favoritism between different team members. I need a change as I feel I just can't be working in such a toxic environment anymore and I would really appreciate any help I can get from the community here! I have worked as a Data Scientist before and very fluent in Python, R, Tableau, related statistics and Machine Learning as well and would definitely be an asset to any team! I graduated from a big name university in the US and was an intern at a big company too when I was a student if that is relevant. I joined Amazon as I thought it will be a big name to my resume and was desperate for a job. During the interview interactions it was portrayed to me that the BIE role is very similar to Data Science but as it turned out it was not and I was disappointed from day one but DS is my passion and I'm looking for a team where I can rekindle my love for the field. I am open to relocating with the US and appreciate all the help!
