I had phone call with the recruiter and I was asked to schedule Phone interview. I'm wondering what kind of questions I can expect in the interview? LC or non LC style? I appreciate if someone from Cloudera or who took the interview recently can help me with this. #cloudera #swe #interview
May also depend on the region and the interviewer... but you can expect lc alike questions with some live coding and also other questions about distributed problems, complexity and concurrency in particular. usually there are more rounds of coding and sys design, coding most likely will be a problem where the emphasis is on a few particular method's and the data structure you use, while sys design mostly is about a part of a relatively complex system. For staff level I would say you have to provide a correct solution during the interview as the bare minimum and then discuss the solution with regards to complexity, optimisation possibilities if any, and in distributed context. Nothing serious though that someone with experience can not solve ;)
Appreciate your help! Can I DM you?
Did you complete already

Which team in Cloudera ?
Am not sure of the team, recruiter mentioned about couple of teams and didn't mention the exact team. I'll check with the recruiter and findout about the team. Have you interviewed recently? Or you are from Cloudera?
