Need info on what comp to expect for Microsoft level 64
I have upcoming interviews at Microsoft for Sr. TPM (64) role. Their job listing just shows the base salary range (~$170k-$218k), I want to what can I expect as a part of ‘Total Rewards’ ? Is there a bonus component and what % it is? Also are there any stocks / rsus part of package? If anyone has joined MS recently at 64 level, would you mind sharing numbers or some info here? I am trying to get details from recruiter but not getting response as of now. Thank you very much. Current TC:0 , YOE - 10+

Base 200 stock 45 bonus 30

Base depends on location, LCOL try 175k. 15 percent more for Seattle and 25 percent more for Cali/NY. RSU try going for 300k-400k total (4 years vest). Cash Sign on 100-150k
