I believe lay offs are okay and can be good for business. But there is a way to also consider employee experience. Companies need to do this right (heads up/ severance/ medical coverage)
No point in doing any of it. Just take the severance and focus on finding the next role.
All bad behavior needs recording and posting. Then people will think twice about applying there for job. When applications fall, Company loses power, then TC at company goes back up and internal culture changes back.
No. People are desperate and will take any job. Layoffs are new normal until Trump does something radical. Sleepy Joe won't care.
Nope. The Sh*t companies will rot. Everyone will know the Good companies and the tide turns. It did in 2021 very easily and it will again. People need to learn how to be equally Ruthless towards these BS companies.
The shaming is when it happens for the first time. You can't slut shame someone who has slept with everyone in town
There is no shame only stock price boost
