Need recommendations for lawyers specializing in disability and mental harassment at work.

TLDR - Title I am in WA state. I was provided no training or onboarding after I joined. I struggle with a few health issues that I was open with my manager about. I have a neurological disability that went undiagnosed until very recently. This combined with no training left me trying to figure it all out myself. I was marked LITE because I am slow. I worked long hours to deliver on core priorities the next time. I delivered 3 out of 4. Couldnt on the last because of many blockers that were external to our team. I went to India for 3 weeks for Visa stamping. I was marked LITE. I was told I lack product knowledge. My questions from manager 1:1s were used as a reference in my connect to prove I don’t have knowledge. I brought to my manager’s attention that the dev team is unresponsive and disrespectful and leaves you hanging on read. I was told he can’t help since he was not in those chats. I escalated dev team’s behavior to my skip. He gaslit me saying I was the first person to ever say that and everyone else is happy. I had a breakdown at work and was suicidal due to feeling like a worthless piece of shit at work. I took 3 months disability leave to recuperate. My manager went on a leave 2 months before me and returned a week before I did (he was out 5 months). I had gotten diagnosed and had proper medication so I jumped back into work determined to get my LITE off this time. At this point, i know you will tell me that I should have left long ago. I know. I just wanted to not feel worthless so I tried. I was given some trivial shit to do that was escalated into getting knee deep in data and working closely with a few dev teams. I did my part to make it easier for them by digging into every piece of code and doc I could find. I delivered this without any of their help. I was asked to also build a doc on a product I do not own. I learned it and created all doc for it, manager liked it too. I go to a meeting, new people on the team are loud and treat this as a KT and not a code base review. I am unable yo get through it. I ask my manager for focused meetings. I am asked to be more effective instead. I escalate to my skip’s manager and he looks on feigning ignorance. I have been putting 15 hours into my work everyday. I am delivering on asks. But the goalpost is moved slightly every time i come close to it. I have worked 15 hour days undoing my disability leave. Except now, i don’t eat, sleep or shower. I need to stand up for myself. I need to find a lawyer to help me. Please let me know if anyone has any recommendations for lawyers specializing in disability and mental harassment at work in WA state. I am desperate. Please. Don’t let anyone say Microsoft has great WLB. It sure seems unequally distributed. I don’t have any legal tips for you, other than that maybe you should take more leave and look for another job elsewhere, or switch teams. Can’t imagine that getting involved with lawyers is going to help your mental health struggles. I am sorry this happened to you. Please accept our apology.

@op what is your claim ?? I don’t see a valid claim - being slow to onboard is something an employer can hold against you for performance. Doesn’t look like this job (or this career) suits you - look for a change.

You could submit this information via the Microsoft speak up line and that will likely trigger engagement from Employment Legal and HR for support. Here’s the link: https://app.convercent.com/en-us/Anonymous/IssueIntake/LandingPage/65d3b907-0933-e611-8105-000d3ab03673

Really sorry you're going through this. Recommend you go to Yelp and look up a few employment lawyers with good reviews and start calling them and see what they say. Take notes and find out what kind of evidence you would need. Ask about money, normally they get paid when you do.
