Need suggestion on career path. Data Engineer or Software Engineer.

Hi Everyone, I'm currently working as SQL/BI developer. Works on Sql development, Data modelling, ETL using SSIS, Data warehouse, Reporting tools- SSRS, tableau and PowerBI. I'm confused on my next step. Should I learn Dot Net and move towards full stack or concentrate more on DATA side by learning python, cloud technology and spark.
