Need suggestions on companies to switch to

Working at Oracle for 3 yrs straight out of college. Current TC 250k. Need suggetions on companies to switch to in the bay area. Looking for reasonable WLB and hopefully L4 offers. Currently considering interviewing for LinkedIn and Google. Worried I might be leveled down to L3 at Google. Not sure about FB and Amzn because of poor WLB and high PIP rates. Please correct me if I am wrong. Any other suggesions are welcome. Thanks!
