Need to know names of Apartment communities in Beaverton, OR
I am looking to explore what are the good/safer rental apartment communities we have within beaverton, OR for a family with a good school district and if possible nearby max train station ( within a mile or so ) ?
Okay sure .. Beaverton looks big any clue about few apartment communities name ? Tht would help
Cambridge crossings etc are community names
Charles Court is good. Better than Kings court.
If looking for near by areas, Orenco is good too...In Tanasbourne also, you would find all the good residential societies.
Orenco and tanasbourne areas are good. Orenco middle and high school district is bad.
Which county elementary schools are good ?
Beaverton school district is pretty good. Orenco comes under Hillsboro sd
Try to stay north of hwy 26 if you can. Bethany, findlay, Jacob wismer, springville, oak hills elementary schools are best. They also feed into good middle and high schools. Other good are is down around mountainside high school. New development is going on in the far south (mountainside) and far north (springville) areas. Sorry, I don't know much about apartment complexes.
North Bethany apartments, Springville Oaks, Bethany 5, West Parc. The last two are on the high end side. These are in Bethany and come under Springville elementary I think. Courtyard at cedar mill and cedar falls come under Cedar Mill elementary which is also a good elementary school.
Look at Bethany for good schools. Otherwise next to Nike, Cambridge Crossings, Kings Court, El Monica etc
