Hi Airbnb folks, I had a horrid experience with Airbnb where I arrived at the designated house and someone else had checked in and they had double booked me. All this while I was with an infant and stranded for 3 hours before I went ahead and booked a hotel. I booked a hotel confirming with the Airbnb customer service that they will cancel the present booking and refund the amount and also give compensation of the hotel as it was significantly higher price. And it has been 4 days since, they have not refunded my Airbnb stay and hotel reimbursement is a distant thing, Please help here. #airbnb
Why havenโt you called back to customer service? They have a history of your previous case and it should all be documented.
People are still using that trash of a website? Was fun while it lasted
never use the trash service any more, I'd rather pay more for a hotel for ease of mind
