Negotiating Salary at Amazon Web Services (AWS)
My recruiter called to tell me he will have an offer to present today. I'm familiar with the base pay cap, sign on bonus, and equity distribution. What are some techniques and levers I can employ effectively to maximize my offer? The position is for a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS. I do not know the level, but I'm guessing it's L5 or L6. #aws #amazon #amazonaws

L6. Focus on RSUs first and then bring bonus as high as recruiter is willing to go. Competing offer will maximize your amazon offer
