Negotiation without counter - MS

Recently interviewed with MS Azure but haven’t yet recieved the offer yet. From the prior conversations, I might be offered a 62. I have 7.5 yrs experience. Is that the right role or would 63 be the right one? Also, does MS entertain negotiation without a counter offer? If yes, would love some tips! Location - India Current TC - Base 28lpa, 1L performance bonus and some stock options Not really sure what should my expectation be and what I should try to negotiate to.
