NetApp Mts 4 salary?
Anyone have any ideas what to expect for an MTS 4 software developer in Boulder? Numbers would help.
Friend worked at netapp and loved it . Salary approached FanG levels ( except he was downlevelled )
I’m not sure about Boulder.. In Bay Area MTS 4 has broad range from 135k - 160k. Unfortunately now a days Netapp doesn’t offer RSU for new joiners. Also I would suggest to avoid joining NetApp. Reason is we are not innovative enough and pay is shitty and constant layoffs..
One of my friends is on the boulder team making close to that base as an MTS2. They pay top dollar for top talent to work on HCI, and you have job security working on that product as long as you perform
Possible.. since last couple of years there is no RSU for new joiners.. it’s just the base pay. To look competitive Netapp probably increased base pay
Netapp does now offer RSU’s for R&D hires in Boulder.....starting 2019
Anyone have latest numbers for MTS-4 remote??
