Netflix coding round difficulty
As title. I have a coding round with Netflix. How difficult is it? I hear things like LeetCode Easy to Leetcode style hard or so. What is the reality? Anyone who either works there or has passed it?

How would it be easy? Isn’t their comp insane? Don’t believe ppl here. Then everyone here would be making 350k+!

Easy-medium Optimal solution is appreciated but not required. Problem solving approach, collaboration and asking right questions is more important
Heavily team dependent. They're easier than leetcode if you really have the experience you claim, no weird hard algo to figure out in 30 mins. Only issue in my opinion is the lack of clarity on what the success criteria is after ~10 rounds. Every interviewer promised great feedback but in the end I got a one line rejection email 😔 Massive waste of time
Nflx coding was the easiest interview across several dozens of places I have interviewed over the years. That said it’s still one of the hardest company to crack. I refered several folks who eventually got into meta, google, msft but didn’t get an offer (or in some cases even on site) at Nflx. The criteria are just different and less objective like at other places.
Just curious: what do you mean by “less objective criteria”? Any more details on that?
Like clearing meta is about doing well in coding and system design rounds. At Nflx you have a smaller probability of getting selected for interviews and it’s very hard to predict which candidates get chosen since it’s very team and manager dependent. There are no clear metrics for that stage.
