Netflix getting kicked in Emmy's
Most of their originals lost. HBO and Hulu seem to be doing better. What thoughts?

Netflix has good originals? Stranger Things was fun largely because of the retro vibe. But really doesn't hold a candle to HBO's stuff. House of Cards stopped being good a while ago.
House of Cards jumped the shark in the middle of season 3 and I gave up.
What didn't you like about HoC? I thought they did a good job of remaining unpredictable.
I don't think most Netflix original content is good. But it is just $10 a month and 3 different people in 3 different locations share the same account. You get what you pay for. I recently signed up for movie pass, $10 a month. That seems like better value if I can avoid the temptation to buy over priced soda and popcorn.
Movie pass is an awesome deal. 2 a month and you're banking. Is there much of a surchargebfor XD/3D/imax? Just bring some candy in coat pockets.
moviepass is 2D only. It does work at theaters with reserved seating. I suppose if the ticket agent lets you, you could pay the difference out of pocket, but this would violate the terms

Regarding over priced concession. I just get a small popcorn and bring my own drink.
Every time I get popcorn, it's gone by the time trailers are over, no matter what size. So I don't bother anymore.
