I had an interview scheduled next week with netflix and just heard from the recruiter that they're reevaluating things and pausing interviews for a few weeks. They didn't specifically say the role was canceled but just that it's on hold. It's been a hard month and I was looking forward to this role. My previous interviews went pretty well too. Can anyone from netflix confirm about the hiring freeze? Thank you! @netflix
A friend of mine who works there says they’re not in a freeze. I think it’s based on departments.

No company-wide hiring freeze, but a few reorgs were announced last week. It's possible some teams are reevaluating needs or waiting to see how things fall.
