What to expect in a Netflix hiring manager hangout interview?
I had it recently. Basically be prepared to talk about your experience. What are you interested in to work on. What's your motivation. Also they will ask you some questions of understanding about the tech that is relevant for the job you applied, especially if you have listed those skills on your resume. Also they ask what your colleagues would have say about you. Altogether no rocket science. Note my experience is from talking to one hiring manager of the team I'm interviewing with. The interview may be very different for other teams and managers since Netflix hires and interviews directly for a particular team / role.

Review the culture deck. They will ask you questions of how things like freedom and responsibility, feedback etc have applied to your career. Practice your answers. Take this interview seriously. If it's for an engineer role, brush up your basic DS and algos. There will be nothing crazy, but as long as you can articulate your thought process you should be good. Good luck.
