I started interviewing with Netflix in Dec. for a Technical Support Sr. Leadership role.
It went like this:
Dec:
-Phone screen with recruiter.
-Video Interview with Hiring Manager.
Jan:
-Video Interview with three peers.
-Video Interview with VP of Support and HR.
-On-Site Interview with two direct reports, shadowing and face to face with hiring manager.
Feb:
Was informed that I can be a great fit but position is on hold.
I know most people would be upset but I had a great interview process/very smooth. I thought everyone I interviewed with was great. The door is still open so I’m still holding out hope.

Thanks for sharing this. And were the interview questions scripted like Google does it/ case studies? Or freeflow and mostly about your experience?
