Networking with Netflix folks
Does networking and reaching out with folks in target teams at Netflix help with getting a shot at interviews? Asking about non-tech roles. Some companies are big on networking and want people to show interest through cold emails etc. Wondering if Netlfix is the same or is applying online the only way? want to boost my chances if there’s anything i can do. Infy- I have done a good number of outreach notes but no response from anyone yet. So wondering if it helps move the needle or not. If not, if there’s anything else I can do. For non-tech roles, the requirements are less cut and dry and profiles are looked on a bit more subjectively. So curious
I mean it can’t hurt you, but last time someone asked for referrals for Netflix here, he was just directed to their careers site by the Netflix employees.
