New CEO - wondering if his former team can give opinions?
We just hired a new ceo at #mx and he's been at #paypal for 18 years...I'd really like to hear if anyone knows him or has worked on his team and their experience. The announcement was a huge surprise so no one knows him or his management/leadership style. Curious what to expect. Worked many layers below him at PayPal. He’s extremely nice and chill. Never seen him upset or heard negative things about his attitude. I think his strategy and vision as an executive was okay. Not amazing but not bad

Was a bit fluffy. He had the 'look' of a leader in big tech and knows how to play politics. Smiles a lot. As with many at PP, its hard to know what they actually delivered.

He's ok - I wouldn't race to follow him but if he has strong leadership around him I would not worry. Very nice guy though.
