New Grad Advice — UX Writing Internship at SoFi or Full Time Marketing Role at a Small Company

I have two offers and I need to decide by tomorrow. I'm graduating next week and have 3 years of internship marketing/content writing experience under my belt. SoFi UX Writing Internship: $50 / hr, better brand recognition, more interesting position, 10 week internship with a good chance of a return offer according to recruiters and hiring manager, heard mixed things about the culture Small Marketing Role: 65k salary with good benefits, no brand recognition, title would be "Marketing Specialist," work sounds interesting but I'm slightly less excited about it, seems like a very chill company with good wlb and pto #sofi #marketing
