New Grad TC
Finished uber internship and got these base 112,500 Target discretionary : 12 500 Rsu 27,500 per year 110,000 4 years Sign on 20k Relocation 12 500 Gonna interview around but are these good numbers? From what I heard 20k sign on is low and I got no clue if those stocks are good or not. They said they won't negotiate these numebrs with other company offers While we are at it what's your new grad offer/tc Edit: Bay area, 12 500 relocation

I would say 112500 base is quite low. Try 115000-125000. Most new grads are in this range in the Bay Area
Seems low, you can do better with competing offers

And they have this one thing I edited in my post called target discretionary that add 12 500, making based 125 000 total is that more.competetive ? And should I take that into account as base?
I'm startin a new grad position soon and that is on the lower end from what I have seen from my friends. At least the Uber offer is better than what I got in 2018. 110/90/0 I think it was.

Most companies should have target bonus. So you should just compare the base. It's not a bad offer but there are better ones. You should do some interviews to check out the market.
When I was new grad in AWS, I got 116.5 base 28.5k sign on first yr 23k 2nd yr 71.5k stocks / 4 years

Do not look at the numbers right now. Uber is a great place to start and the TC is not bad either. Grow as an engineer and then switch. TC will follow
How is Facebook as a new grad company? It is on my radar along with stripe
I recently started as a new grad. I have been both impressed and overwhelmed during the initial phase. The culture is to move fast and make impact. But the engineering is strong and it is a very good place to work. But I think it is not a good place for slackers or people who don’t like challenging themselves frequently.
