New grad at Goog, about to join. Advice on climbing the ladder?

About to join as a new grad at Google, converting from previous internships there. Will be in a new team (haven't interned on this exact team) but had three internships with this PA (YouTube). It seems climbing the ladders at Google is getting kinda hard nowadays due to mix of reasons, and I just want to set my long-term expectations right. Like what are some generally good advice? The ones that I know from talking to people when I was an intern there are: 1. Find a team / PA that has a lot of growth. If current team doesn't have that then try to switch into one that does have the growth. Ig before, GCP and YouTube do qualify for this kind, but what are the more recent choices of PAs that have growth opportunities? 2. Try to sprint harder. Heard it was easy and more structured to get up to L5, and then it will be trickier afterwards, so it is generally good to try to sprint to L5 as soon as possible, say in 5-6 years, by putting in extra work. 3. Find new opportunities and get rehired to a higher level. I heard people go to other companies and get rehired to get promoted faster. This is something that I'll have to work on for a longer time tho, cuz Google was the only interview I had a few years back and I never interviewed for any other opportunities since. What else? Any specifics about team, specific metrics, etc.? TC: ~200,000 HCOL #levels

You can't even switch teams at Google anymore, there aren't many job postings and too many other applicants.
