NextDoor Interview level

I had a couple of phone screens last week and was asked similar questions in both, involving some form of hashmap and reverse hashmap. I al not sure if it was intentional. Anyway, I am waiting for the results. Although I solved both the problems completely, I didn't run the program in the first round, while I was able to fully run the program in the second one. Anybody has any idea how phone screens are evaluated at Nextdoor? Also, if I do get a call for onsite, what can I expect in terms of difficulty level for a Senior software engineer role?
