How’s Nextdoor? Y’all got entirely new C level executives except for ceo. I think you need a new CEO too. She’s more fit to be chief people officer than a CEO. How is the outlook? Will the company turn around from here?

They all have been at nextdoor. It is really bad. People are leaving faster than I have ever seen. Its the really good people too.
Based on the stuff she said, she’s the last person to be chief people officer. She’s the last person to be any C-suite.
She shouldn’t be in any strategic planning or decision making role. Y’all need more DAUs/WAUs. “Being kind” is not a growth strategy. Learn from Zucks.
She’s needs to be fired. Only then will the company stop leaking talent.
