I made through and discussing an offer currently. Recruiter first offer was Base- $140k Sign on- $20k Bonus -15% RSUs- she is saying we don’t offer to manager ( but previous a recruiter at Nike mentioned I could get RSUs) This is $30k less than my current compensation. Does Nike negotiate and is it possible to bring my total comp closer to $210k. Right now they are at $181k.

How’s is Nikes TC at 181? You don’t count sign on bonus. So TC is 161. That’s a big drop from 210. FWIW don’t count on bonus payout at 15%. First couple years I was there we only hit +/- 60% payout which meant my bonus was almost cut in half. Besides nike being a hot mess that I don’t recommend… they should at least beat your current TC to even consider making the move
