Nike filed my i140 with in the first year of joining, no issues there. Waiting on priority date to file i485.

Great wlb, very secure job as long as you do the minimum.
Nike isn't immigration friendly. They recently stopped green card processing all of a sudden for bunch of folks. Poor guys have no option but leave Nike immediately.
