How long does it take to receive an offer after completing final rounds of interviews with senior team?
What team or which part of org is the role? I mean if the HM gave that timing, it should be around then and if not, then sadly it probably means offer to another candidate and waiting for their decision. When it’s pass the timing they gave, send follow up email asking for update and whether they made a decision. They may or may not respond (sadly) but at least you’ve done what you can.
DPC for footwear. Emailed the recruiter earlier this week she said she should have an update in the next couple of days and will be in touch.
They’ve gotten much quicker lately and I could see an offer being generated in a few days if they’re not waiting on other candidates. The HR org minimum time to complete tasks is low but the variance is huge. I had one offer take two days and another two weeks and then the headcount pulled out from under me 🙃. Good luck.
Thanks! the longer it takes, chances of getting an offer feels slimmer. Emailed HR and haven't heard back from her either. Might have gone to another candidate 😶🌫️

It depends on where they are in interview process and other candidates. In general, recruiting sucks and you might have radio silence after they tell you “positive feedback.” It could be 2 weeks or it could be 3 months, I’ve experienced both.
Oh Damn. Ive completed 3 zoom 2:1 interviews with the team Last week and was wondering what's the next step. The hiring manager told me I should hear something either end of the week or early this week. But nothing atm. So not sure what to expect.
