No feedback after an Apple phone screen

Last Friday, March 29, I had a phone screen with a lead at Apple for a hardware role. He seemed happy with the call and told me he would talk to his boss. Now, 3 working days have passed and I have not heard back from Apple. Am I rejected or is it still early to tell? When should I expect a feedback? Comments are appreciated.
