No feedback/response from recruiter after onsite = reject ???
Interviewed at ebay last week, haven’t received any response. Does it mean it’s a rejection ? I have received offer from VMware, but more interested in role at Ebay.

Call/email the recruiter. Assuming you were onsite at eBay, they owe you a response one way or another. If they are interested, you can use your offer as leverage.
