I noticed that there's no transparency at JPMC, at least the team that I'm in. Everything's secretive and the ED and the VP only send communication to the team lead who is their pet. There's no visibility in who does what and who gets the share of work. Most of the team members are not invited to meetings that's critical for the work we will be doing next sprint. So we all don't have clue on that story since they only had the conversation themselves. I see this as selfish behavior and I feel like insecurity is one, and then there's also fear of someone doing better. I've even had instances where only a couple members were invited for knowledge transfer, like really? wtf Is this the culture @JPMC or in general at all banks? I so want to leave, and I already have an offer on the table. TC: 150k @JPMorganChase #tech #jpmorganchase #culture
Please leave Jpmc ..I have noticed this culture in May teams
are you at Chase?
I'm using my old company's I'd. Not to mention the number of useless meeting here.
Apple used to gatekeep information too. But these people all just sound insecure and I’m constantly blown away by how shitty people are at creating culture. Sounds like leaving is a good move.
