I will be Joining Nordstrom soon as software engineer 1. I was just wondering what are all some cool benefits that employees get other than the 33% store discount. Is there a reimbursement for phone bill, gym membership? TC : 150K

If you work at the downtown Seattle office building (not the store attached office building), there is complementary use of their gym (it’s pretty nice with showers and towel service). Discount goes higher during a week in the holiday time (House Party!). ESPP is 10% off every 6 months. T-Mobile plan discount
Just to warn you health insurance does not cover out of network coverage. Most people are on their spouses insurance.
