I paid 500/ month for health insurance for a family. No 401k match first year, 3 year vest with 4% match.
For retail employees it’s great. If you’re used to technology benefits - not so great. Standard 401k match, but they only add the funds annually, so if you leave you could miss the previous calendar year match. I spend about $600 a month to insure my family of four, with a $750 deductible per person. After that it’s a $40 copay and 10%. It’s more out of network or for some specialists.
Starting in 2021 the 401k will match monthly instead of annually. Nice change!

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Worked there ages ago in my early 20’s as a sales rep. Can’t really remember anything from benefits and 401k, though we got 20% discount at both full line and Rack stores. If you worked in corporate you got 30%. Word of caution though, the discount ‘benefit’ is just another gimmick to get you to give your money back to a failing company..
