Hey everyone, I’m posting for a college friend of mine. He has gotten an internship at Nordstrom and is wondering about what the new grad offer would be like in terms of TC, and whether they offer stocks as part of TC. Also, do they offer the probability of 100% remote work or let their potential new grads choose between their Seattle and LA office? #tech #newgradsalary #tc
If its NRHL then LA and salary around 110K-120K. Sorry its JWN no stocks or free lunch. There is yearly bonus but why to get ur hopes high as i am not expecting anything this year. Overall good place to start your career. Opportunity in Seattle is better than LA.
LA isn't a Nordstrom office, it's NRHL, which is being absorbed by the parent brand from a workforce perspective. Currently all corporate workers are 100% WFH, but the post pandemic plan isn't clear. Not enough info to assume TC. Nordstrom is pretty middle of the road for non silicon valley. Figure 100-125k TC if we're talking about development. Easy to advance, because the competition is low. (Ie. Poor quality developers)
I see. Thanks for the info.
What’s NRHL?
