There’s nowhere to see just your base salary. Every comp review letter (or if you look at your comp in Workday) it shows tc. It includes market value for RSUs vesting that year instead of grant value. Is this shady?
The dumbest most deceptive thing I see recruiters try to push is "The base is 200, and there's 200k of RSUs over 4 years. It's a 400k TC package!" When in reality it's only 250k TC
Ask your manager. You should at least be aware of your own base.
