Northern Trust Principal Architect salaries

I received an offer and wondering if this is good or I should negotiate more. Base :185k Bonus: discretionary and undisclosed (standard policy they say) Other benefits 401k and additional retirement plan I have 18 years of experience. Current base is 165K. Thoughts from anyone working at Northern Trust ?
