Not getting interviews, Devops => Development
They say to get into good product based companies, a tech stack/framework is not required, but only problem-solving and system design. But man o man, that is not true, I have a decent LC contest rating (2000+), good at problem-solving, and yet I'm not even getting past the resume screening process, cuz I have no prior development experience, I've applied for over 100+ companies now. My current role is more into devops and I hate it, i feel my talent & problem-solving abilities are wasted here, I wanna move to development, and I can't seem to get an interview without prior development experience.
