Not joining a company after completing onboarding process?
Hi, I had couple of offers. And 2 months of notice period. I accepted both the offers so that I'll make my mind in these two months about which one to join. But both the companies have started their onboarding process (background verification, financial details etc.). One of them even started coffee syncups with team members (every week I'll have to do with someone). What should I do, should I say no to one of them right now or just do whatever they are asking for and not join one of them later(tell them after like a 2-3 weeks or smth) Yoe- 1+
It's not wise to procrastinate the decision to join without any solid reason. Understand that a lot of effort goes in hiring. That said, it is fine not to join even a day before your first day.
I understand that but i am giving myself time because one of them requires me to relocate and other is remote. So I haven't made my mind about that. So giving them my details and getting background verification done wouldn't make a difference if i don't join them?
