Not receiving company equity
In my offer letter and outlined in the company stock plan I should have received some options a couple months ago. Well I haven’t received them and each time I’ve asked about it I’ve gotten a run-around from management being ignorant on how to use the system to grant me access to it. The company (not amex) is likely not worth much so is it even worth pursuing? And what are my options at this point? Thanks Blind!

Was it through documented means like email with at least a couple relevant people cc’ed? Ask for a definitive answer through that email and then using that answer evaluate if you’re willing to leave or stay. If they say yes they’ll give you’re good if they say no or give runaround again then you can use that email as your basis for leaving. If they try to keep you from leaving by giving you the equity I’d highly advise not staying either way just make sure you have back up plan
