"Enroll in our current ESPP offering during the month you're hired or during an official enrollment period, which occurs in February or August. Elect to contribute from 1-15 percent of your salary through payroll deductions." If i join July end, will i be eligible to enroll in August offering period?
Sep 2019 prices doesn’t get applied for new hires , for new hires the look back price will be the price when you enroll

Incorrect answer. There is a limit on the number of shares we can purchase on purchase date. So, maxing out 15% will just mean you are depositing some money with nv with 0% interest which will be returned to you. There is a line in your pay stub which is rsu refund excess.
August 2021 ESPP purchase will be done @ 85% of September 2019 NVDA price.

u have got to be kidding me. Assuming base = 150k, contribution 10% of 75k = 7.5k, Avg buying price 85% of 170 = 144. num. of share 7500/144=52. 52x 800-144 ~= 34k. profit of 26.5k approx over six months. Since last few yrs folks must have gathered more than 100k atleast post taxes due to nvidia's great run. more if they held the espps longer. Makes u think y the fuck did u fail the intv.
