Heard ic1 intern conversion is 115k base,13k sign on and anniversary, 36 rsu over 4 years Heard ic2 intern conversion is 124k base, 20k sign on and anniversary, 150 or 100 rsu over 4 years The rsu are units not thousands, as in literally shares of stock
