Nvidia careers for analog ic designers

Hello, I currently work as an analog ic design engineer at Intel and im honestly getting frustrated with the shit pay and slow career growth opportunities here. (yoe 2.5 years). There is lack of design work and the pay is too bad to keep me motivated to execute harder. Recently got promoted and got really pissed with the peanuts they threw at me. Heard that NVDA and AAPL pay good for HW, so wanted to try my luck. I tried looking at careers on NVDA website but didnt find any openings? Is there a hiring freeze for Ic designers there because of covid-19 or some other reason? Last job i see is for a senior designer 30+ days ago. TC - 110k CA
