I keep hearing mentions of people getting an employer-spondored O1A when they don't have a PhD or much publications/citations to speak of. And are also not founders of start-ups or anything like that. I'd like to hear directly from such people, understand what their profiles are, and things to look out for. Some of the criteria I'm hoping to meet - Patents - Critical role in an organization (e.g. being an early engineer at a startup or having a senior title) - High salary - Being a reviewer/invited to panels - Having news articles about your work - etc This is for a tech job with a STEM degree(s) TC: 150-200k + stonks 📈 #workvisa #tech #o1

Does cardio help for weight loss ?
Nobody gives a damn about the title. Other criteria might help though…
