OCC offer : What should be a good base package and overall compensation for Associate Principal DevOps in Dallas
Can someone help me what would be a good base package to accept offer for Associate Principal DevOps at OCC, Dallas, Texas location? I don't think so for TC, that's only 200 base with the 15 percent bonus you mention.
Looking at some developer level roles I see a range on the postings from 134 - 154 k base salary
Did you accept the offer? Any insights about OCC ? Some people say they are old with the tech stack and kinda slow
